Wine tasting followed by an expert oenologist, in a single location surrounded by nature with a stunning lake view, in the company of our horses.
The tasting consists of one to three types of wine, including white, red and bubbles. The journey includes several phases during which our expert oenologist will accompany you in the discovery of Italian wine. Moving from visual, olfactory and finally gustatory analysis.
The experience is suitable for groups, families but also couples, with a maximum of six people.

OUR OENOLOGIST Laura Cereda
My name is Laura Cereda, and I am a passionate expert in the world of wine and food and wine events.
My journey began after graduating from high school, leading me to a degree in Viticulture and Enology. It was an adventure that led me to work in prestigious Italian and French wineries, where I discovered the magic of wine production.
Nature has been an inexhaustible source of inspiration and well-being for me. Working in close contact with the land and vines allowed me to understand its beauty and generosity. It was for this reason that I cultivated the desire to create something of my own: a small plot of vineyard to give life to wines that would bear my signature and passion.
In parallel, I tried my hand in the restaurant industry, enriching my work experience in wine management and presentation.
I am a dynamic and curious person, continuously expanding my professional skills through a professional WSET training course, which allows me to deepen my knowledge of the wine trade, both as an Export Manager and as a Hospitality professional, all conducted in English.
The combination of the beauty of natural landscapes and the quality of local products and selected wines is the basis of my work, making it unique.
I love to travel, participate in fairs and tastings, and in addition to wine, I enjoy engaging in projects that celebrate the beauty of our environment.
Working outdoors inspires and motivates me to constantly look for new ways to integrate nature into my work and daily life.
